Installing MacJack's Ceramic Coated Headers
Above and to the right shows the original cast iron exhaust manifolds that were on my BB engine since I bought it. Needless to say, they were very heavy and they had the smog ports plugged off. They were in excellent shape. Changing over to MacJack's Headers shed quite a few pounds.
These are a shorty pair of MacJack's Ceramic headers made specifically for a C2 Corvette with a big block engine and side pipes. This was done in two days starting on July 8, 2017.
The fitment was extremely tight especially on

Although it may look like the header is touching the steering box, there's about 1/8" of space. The side pipes bolted directly to the header making it a fairly simply install, no cutting or welding.
